Sadler Building Corporation, SBC, has been developing and building in residential communities in the greater Hampton Roads area for almost two decades. With a background in real estate, President, Ed Sadler, began building homes one-by-one. Today as a medium-to-large size builder, SBC has built hundreds of homes in a wide variety of exclusive neighborhoods, and during this time Sadler Building has established a reputation for honesty and integrity. Ed Sadler continually involves himself not only in the art of building homes, but also in land development. Since 1987 the company has grown to 29 full time employees. In addition, his daughter, Lauren oversees the interior and exterior selections aspect of the company.

Through the years, Sadler Homes has built many award-winning homes, receiving numerous awards such as Best Interior Design and Best Kitchen and Master Bath. Their homes have also been recognized for innovative exterior design and creative use of multiple veneer materials to enhance exterior elevations.

Presently, Sadler Building Corporation builds approximately 70 houses a year, with each home featuring a unique display of design, style and craftsmanship.
